As Mena in The Leisure Hive

Adrienne Corri (born 13 November 1933 in Glasgow, Scotland) played Mena in the Doctor Who story The Leisure Hive.

She is probably best known for her role as the rape victim Mrs Alexander in the 1971 Stanley Kubrick film A Clockwork Orange. According to reports, Kubrick insisted the scene be reshot several times, with Corri nude the entire time. The incident resulted in years of resentment by Corri for the director. Her other film credits include The Viking Queen, the film Patrick Troughton was working on when he was approached for the role of the Second Doctor.

Her numerous television credits include regular roles in A Family at War and You're Only Young Twice. She guest starred in two episodes of Lovejoy.

From 1961 to 1967, she was married to Daniel Massey. She has also been married to Derek Fowlds. An expert on 18th century painters, she is also the author of a book on Thomas Gainsborough.
