On 15 January 2011, the Senate Committee for Drugs and Alcohol voted to ring-fence the national stockpile of surplus drugs for use only by the Civil Defense Programme. Jilly Kitzinger told this to Dr Vera Juarez in March during Miracle Day to convince her to partner up with her. Given that all of humanity was immortal and disease was spread like never before, drugs were in constant need at the time of the Miracle. (TV: Rendition)

On this day in 1692, the First Doctor warned Barbara Wright of the Salem witch trials, but she mistakenly assured him that the year was in fact 1691. Meanwhile, Susan escaped from the inn in which they were staying, and visited Mary Warren to discuss the events of the previous day. After being unable to talk sense into her, Susan was attacked by Goodman Proctor. On the same day, the Doctor first met Rebecca Nurse. (PROSE: The Witch Hunters)
