Nabil Shaban (born 12 February 1953) played Sil in the Doctor Who television stories Vengeance on Varos and Mindwarp. In 2009 he reprised the role for the Big Finish Productions audio adaption of the Big Finish Productions Doctor Who audio story Mission to Magnus.
