Arthur Cox (born 7 April 1934) played Cully in the 1968 Doctor Who story The Dominators and Mr. Henderson in the 2010 story The Eleventh Hour. As of 2013, he holds the record for the biggest gap between appearances in televised Doctor Who.
His other television credits include The Avengers, Terry and June and Harbour Lights. He also played George, Jim Hacker's driver, in the comedy series Yes Minister.
