Tyler was the husband of Ruby and the father of Betty. Sometime before 23 November, 1963, Tyler was sent to prison, where he died in some sort of fight. On 23 November, the Shroud took Tyler's identity to cause grief to Ruby, but The Doctor eliminated the Shroud's face before Ruby could fully succumb. (PROSE: Shroud of Sorrow)
