Logan was the commentator for the 309th Intergalactic Song Contest. He was working on a translator which could translate Golosian, when he was killed by Loozly because the translator threatened his plans. (AUDIO: Bang-Bang-A-Boom!)
Behind the scenes
As the Intergalactic Song Contest is a parody of the Eurovision Song Contest, Logan is based on Terry Wogan, including accent and banter.
