The little girl was a Spoonhead that took on the form of a character from the Amelia Williams book, Summer Falls. The girl entered the house of Clara Oswald and came downstairs, claiming to be a friend of Angie's. Clara asked her why it was upstairs, but it simply responded, "I was upstairs". After Clara recognised the girl, it tried uploading her mind to the Internet for the Great Intelligence to feed on, but the Eleventh Doctor reversed the process. (TV: The Bells of Saint John)
