Metropolitan was a weekly newsmagazine published in the United Kingdom during the 20th century.

Editor Sally Lincoln employed James Stevens to work for her magazine in 1970. (MA: Who Killed Kennedy) Sarah Jane worked for Metropolitan when she first met the Doctor. (DW: The Time Warrior). She resigned at some point after the Doctor returned her to Earth. (BFSJS: Comeback)
