King Rokon was the ruler of Kastria. He stopped Eldrad's plans to conquer the universe, captured him, placed him in an Obliteration Module and had it destroyed. However, since it was detonated prematurely, there was a one in three million chance he had survived. Since Eldrad had destroyed the barriers protecting their world, making the surface uninhabitable and leaving only a miserable underground existence, the Kastrians destroyed the race banks and chose to die. Rokon left behind traps and a recorded message for Eldrad in the event of his return. (TV: The Hand of Fear)
