Cities
There were two known cities, which were Peorek and Sokkar. The Elite came from Peorek. (COMIC: Line of Battle)
History
The Elite enslaved some of their own race to create a machine known as the Wardroid to attack the city of Sokkar. The Eleventh Doctor managed to hack the machine, and they were defeated. (COMIC: Line of Battle)
