Magrik was the Vogan who plotted with Vorus.
Magrik was a member of the Guardians who believed that the Vogans should live on the surface and rejoin the rest of the Galaxy. He joined with Vorus in a plot to lure the Cybermen in a trap and then destroy them with a missle. Although he was loyal, Magrik was frightened by Vorus’s plan and the thought of Cybermen nor did he trust their human agent. He oversaw the construction and preparation of Vorus's rocket. When Vorus sought to fire off the rocket before the Doctor's deadline was up, Magrik, in attempt to adjust the rocket's trajectory was shot and killed by Tyrum. (DW: Revenge of the Cybermen)
Characteristics
Magrik was bent and sickly, perhaps with age and was never seen without a handkerchief for his cough.
