St. Teilo's Military Hospital was a military hospital in Cardiff during the First World War. Tommy Brockless recovered there after a shell shock. It was the location of time shifts in 1918 and 2008, which were investigated and ultimatly neutralised by Torchwood. At some time after 1918 it was closed down, and in 2008 it was scheduled to be demolished. (TW: To the Last Man)
