The Department of Administrative Records was an office on Gallifrey.
Tianna worked at the department. The work was so boring that she spent her time browsing files on renegade Time Lords. While doing so one day she discovered a security breach, as someone had been accessing records that were forbidden. (PROSE: The Time Lord's Story)
