New London was the capital of New Britain in 2199 and 3550. It was built on the remains of old London. St Paul's Cathedral and Big Ben were two of the few older structures still standing.
Vicki Pallister lived here as a girl on the South Circular Road in Liddell Towers in the city. (PROSE: Byzantium!)
