Aggrotron! was a comic book that Izzy Sinclair enjoyed. Sold in her native Stockbridge by Grubb and Sons, she had a standing order for each issue. When given the opportunity by the Eighth Doctor to travel anywhere in time and space, she chose to return to Grubb and Sons on 8 April 1988 in order to try to pick up the 56th issue that had eluded her as a child. She was unsuccesful, but discovered that the magazine was published by extra-terrestrials, and that the stories were truer-to-life than might have initially have been supposed.

Characters featured in the pages of the book included Agratron, the Mangler and Courtmaster Cruel. (AUDIO: Izzy's Story)

Behind the scenes
