Missing states
The following states have positively not been found in MA, NA, BNA, TN, EDA, PDA ranges:
- Idaho (technically there's a single reference to "an Idaho potato sack", but that's just too marginal to mention; the major Idaho is Idaho (planet).)
- North Dakota
- South Dakota
- Michigan (there are references to Michigan Avenue and Lake Michigan, but there's nothing to Michigan itself.)
The following states require research
- Maine (haven't found a way to search this without encountering all the words that have maine in them. I feel it will be a truly laborious process of looking through thousands of pages.
