Missing states
The following states have positively not been found in MA, NA, BNA, TN, EDA, PDA ranges:
- Idaho (technically there's a single reference to "an Idaho potato sack", but that's just too marginal to mention; the major Idaho is Idaho (planet).)
- North Dakota
- South Dakota
- Michigan (there are references to Michigan Avenue and Lake Michigan, but there's nothing to Michigan itself.)
- Montana (no reference to the state, but to the Montana Republican Militia. Of course, there's the reference in The Romans to the Mountain Mauler of Montana, but all we have is a title.)
