"Greek monarchs" is, due to the nature of Ancient Greece, a loose term. It includes people who may not have considered themselves Greek, but Greek-allied. Nevertheless, Greek allies, particularly in the context of the Trojan War, are effectively "Greek" for the purposes of this wiki, where ancient Greeks are mostly discussed in The Myth Makers.
