"Greek monarchs" is, due to the nature of Ancient Greece, a loose term. It includes people who may not have considered themselves Greek, but Greek-allied. Nevertheless, Greek allies, particularly in the context of the Trojan War, are effectively "Greek" for the purposes of this wiki, where ancient Greeks are mostly discussed in The Myth Makers. This list contains people who were perhaps more properly thought of as Spartan or Ithacan, but who were "Greek enough".
