Universalisation was the process by which the entire universe was as one, exchanging culture and resources from planet to planet, galaxy to galaxy. Some like the Sixth Doctor disagreed with universalisation's capitalist thinking. (AUDIO: Davros)
Behind the scenes
Universalisation is clearly intended to be a future development of the current globalisation, the same concept but on the scale of one single planet, Earth.
