And even if they notice the Daleks are gone before they use the Ultimate Sanction, wont those guys want to go after the Daleks in revenge and basically re-start the Time War? Unless Rasillon and his clique are deposed.[[User:Phil Stone|Phil Stone]] [[User talk:Phil Stone|☎]] 04:17, November 25, 2013 (UTC) |

Hi all long time since I have edited this wonderful wiki!!!!! Right in the end of time part two the master in order to stop Rassilon and the Time Lords from destroying the earth and the doctor sacrificed himself by locking himself into the timewar.
With the events of the Day of the Doctor does this mean that the Master is out there somewhere on Gallifrey along with Rassilon. Just a fan theory, I know Moffat does not like the Master, however is the doctors evil equal alive then along with Rassilon. Who knows huh who knows??????
p.s. Am I the first fan to speculate this --Catkind121 23:21, November 23, 2013 (UTC)
I had pretty much the same thought, it does make sense and I hope he is indeed alive -- Donovan-j-charlie ☎ 01:03, November 24, 2013 (UTC)
Yes. Hopefully Capaldi's Doctor (whose brilliant appearance in the 50th made my day) will meet a new Master. And maybe we'll see the mysterious woman from The End of Time Part 2. Or at least find out who she is. 87.102.91.126talk to me 12:35, November 24, 2013 (UTC)
Yes, maybe she is still alive, Rassilon is still alive, Romana and the Rani are still alive, maybe series 8 could explore Gallifrey more --Catkind121 21:39, November 24, 2013 (UTC)
The ending certainly implies that a new "quest" for Galifrey may be in the offing for the Doctor. But What I don't quite get is if they jointly turned Galifrey into a Time Lord snapshot, shouldn't someone have it? Wouldn't someone think to ask who picked it up? - The "snapshot" was said to be in a parallel universe/dimension or something, so it was no longer in N-Space, presumably (I think that's how N-Space works, right? haven't seen those stories yet). And, while the Master and Rassilon weren't killed by the Moment ending the Time War, they were still locked in presumably mortal combat when the Time Lock resealed, so one or both of them might not be alive for more than a few more minutes relative time, and also consider that the Time Lord High Council might still have thoughts of enacting the Ultimate Sanction (or whatever it was called) of ending Time itself, simply because they'd themselves become just as crazy and power-hungry as the Daleks by that point. Just chew on those facts for a bit. —BioniclesaurKing4t2 - "Hello, I'm the Doctor. Basically, . . . run." 02:56, November 25, 2013 (UTC)
