Josie Long is a British comedian who has made a number of contributions to the "classic" Doctor Who DVD range. She usually appears alongside co-commentators Joseph Lidster and Simon Guerrier in roundtable discussions about various aspects of serials from the 1963 run of the programme.
Outside of Doctor Who she has been a panellist on shows that put a premium on quick, unscripted wit, such as 8 Out of 10 Cats, The Bubble, Never Mind the Buzzcocks and Thank God You're Here. She has also had a recurring role on Skins, a show that Russell T Davies greatly admired whilst show running Doctor Who.
