The Doctor survived, so the whole Great Intelligence issue didn't happen, but since that's the case, did the Intelligence' s fate change? I mean, those 300 years of villains waiting bored over the planet, they killed the Doctor in a now alternate timeline, what happens about the whole Name of the Doctor episode? The Doctor survived, so the whole Great Intelligence issue didn't happen, but since that's the case, did the Intelligence' s fate change? I mean, those 300 years of villains waiting bored over the planet, they killed the Doctor in a now alternate timeline, what happens about the whole Name of the Doctor episode?
