Mr Plurk was a bounty hunter.
He and Mr Scozz were hired by Bernice Summerfield's publisher to ensure that she finished The Dead Men Diaries, the autobiographical sequel to her book Down Among the Dead Men, on time. Plurk and Scozz stayed at Benny's quarters on the Braxiatel Collection while she finished her book. Benny thought that Mr Plurk was developing a crush on her.
