Brother Hugan was the Layloran shaman who maintained knowledge and practice of the ancient traditions of his people after all others had dismissed them as superstitious. When the planet was no longer in perfect balance due to outsiders' intrusion, Brother Hugan led his people and Witiku in the effort to purge the planet of pollution and disruption.
