Co-Commander Lish Toos was second in command of Storm Mine 4. She kept the peace on the ship. When Taren Capel ordered his robots to kill Toos, the Fourth Doctor saved her and they destroyed all the robots. Kiy Uvanov, Ander Poul and she were the only survivors.
