Brian Hibbard (25 November 1946 - 17 June 2012[1]) played Keillor in the Doctor Who serial Delta and the Bannermen. Hibbard was better known as a musician with the group Flying Pickets before entering acting — Doctor Who was one of his first TV roles — after which he became known for appearing on Coronation Street.
