Susan Q was a member of the Happiness Patrol that initially arrested Ace. Susan confided in Ace of the troubles she faces under the ruling of Helen A, and eventually freed Ace. After Susan Q was arrested for this crime, she was sentenced to death alongside the quickly-captured Ace. They were saved by The Doctor.
