Ashley Chapel was a human who lived in England on 20th century Earth. He was a computer designer. On 30 December 1999, he attempted to summon Saraquazel to usher in an age of peace and prosperity by using the Millennium Codex. The plan went awry, resulting in part of London being transformed into an area where the normal rules of physics did not apply. The change was temporary, and when Saraquazel departed, it took Chapel into itself as punishment. (PROSE: Millennial Rites)
