Peter Porter was a resident of Foxton. He was his niece Ruby's favourite uncle. In an alternate timeline negated by the Eleventh Doctor, he disappeared into Swallow Woods in 1959. His disappearance inspired Ruby to join the local police force. (PROSE: The Way Through the Woods)
