Boris was an Orthotron dancer that took part in the Universal Dance/Off (nine million and two) at the Cosmos Ballroom with his dance partner Elsa. Durrrin and Laliaargh were originally declared the winners but it was discovered that the independent adjudicator judging the dance competition had fixed the results against Boris and Elsa which lead to Space War III.
