Paul Lacoux voiced Dr Mathias in the Big Finish Doctor Who audio story The Harvest.

He has been working on British television since at least the mid-1980s, where he had a guest role on The Return of Sherlock Holmes. By the end of the decade, he'd landed a recurring role on Casualty. Indeeed, "David Rowe" may be the role for which he is still best remembered, as of January 2012. He also appeared on EastEnders, about a week after the debut of Rose.
