Oh, hey, MOS :) Sorry, when deleting pictures, I rarely look at who uploaded it or where it's placed — just whether the image falls foul of any of our [[T:ICC|image rules]]. Yours failed not because it was itself nonsense, but because the '''title''' was. We don't allow titles that have non-English titles, particularly ones that contain long strings of numbers. One of the reasons for this is that nonsense image titles aren't helpful to our SEO. Another is that they're not especially findable by other users. | |||

You're of course at liberty to re-upload as long as you change the title to something that makes sense in English and as long as you add an appropriate image license, as well as {{tlx|user image}}.
