The Dronebots were the maintenance robots used on the Figaro Xll colonial supply base. They had simple positronic brains and were of low intelligence. When the Atomon broke through during one of Doctor Trudo’s experiments, the Dronebots came under its control and began to channel the base's energy to a central source so the Atomon could feed and grow. When the Eleventh Doctor overloaded the power, the Dronebots could not cope, but the Atomon escaped and re-housed itself in another Dronebot away from the base. (COMIC: The Frankenstein Particle)
