Just like to add, [[Time and Relative]], this occurs after [[Frayed]], but was published before it (first in fact), however Frayed occurs some where before Susan and the Doctor arrive on Earth '63, [[Operation Proteus]] includes direct references and indications that it occurs just about before An Unearthly Child (or there abouts). Therefore it Time and Relative take place before it (various indicators about the Doctor's personality also point towards this placement). Case in point
