A Xxarqon was a creature native to somewhere in the Mutter's Spiral.
It was a green animal with red eyes and many tentacles. The Daleks captured one and planned to isolate its slyness and add the quality to a new breed of Daleks. (COMIC: The Dogs of Doom)
