The dimensional shift bomb was a type of bomb which, as described by the Twelfth Doctor, sent particles to a different plane.
A dimensional shift bomb was left in a safety-deposit box in the Bank of Karabraxos to be used by a the Doctor, Clara, Psi, and Saibra, who had been sent to rob the bank.
