Loesin was the king of Granneth.
Loesin, having had everything done for him all his life, was extremely lazy. He refused to do anything about failing crops and collapsing industry. In desperation, his wife took him to the Eighth Doctor, who gave Loesin an experience that cured him of his laziness. (PROSE: Seven Deadly Sins)
