Frank Openshaw was the husband of Sandra Openshaw. He was exterminated by a Dalek. After the Dalek was defeated, the Tenth Doctor slightly altered the past by allowing Frank and Sandra to meet earlier in life as a tribute and thank you to his brief but loyal friend. (PROSE: I am a Dalek)
