Matthew Corbett (born 28 March 1948) played Jones in the Doctor Who story The Dæmons.

He is best known for presenting The Sooty Show for almost twenty-five years, having taken over from his father Harry Corbett in the 1970s, and passing the mantle to Richard Cadell in 1999.

During his time as the show's leading man, he created the character of Little Cousin Scampi in the 1990s.
