Venessa was a woman who was involved in the handing over of twelve children to the 456.
In 1965, she guided Jack Harkness to the 456's meeting point and assigned him as the person to make the exchange in case something went wrong. She told Jack that if he didn't exchange the children for a flu antivirus, the flu strain would mutate and kill 25 million people. She said to Jack that he was suited for the job because he didn't care. (TV: Children of Earth: Day Four)
- Venessa's name was never given on-screen, only in the credits.
