Shockeye of the Quawncing Grig was an Androgum and a chef aboard Space Station Chimera. He had a yearning for human flesh and tried on multiple occasions to kill Jamie McCrimmon.
His fellow Androgum Chessene of the Franzine Grig had her intelligence artificially increased by Dastari, the commander of Chimera. The trio called in a legion of Sontarans to kill all aboard but them. They then traveled to Spain and devised a plan to use the research from Chimera to uncover the secret of time travel.
After the second incarnation of the Doctor was temporarily transformed into an Androgum, the two went to a restaurant managed by Oscar Botcherby. After eating an enormous meal, Shockeye refused to pay, and when Oscar complained, Shockeye stabbed him in the chest with a meat knife.
Back at the house, the Sontarans captured both the second and the Sixth Doctor, and chained them up with their companions. Chessene allowed Shockeye to take Jamie to be eaten. When the Sixth Doctor escaped, Shockeye was ordered to postpone the killing and chase him down. The Doctor used some cyanide left by Oscar when he was hunting butterflies to smother Shockeye, easily killing him. He never got to taste human flesh. (DW: The Two Doctors)
