Charles Goodall and his son ran a print shop in Victorian London. After the repeal of the Paper Tax, they were very busy. Unlike other print shops, they had plenty of ink, supplied by Mary Prout. The Third Doctor and Sarah Jane Smith were visiting the print shop when Mary brought word of the Prince Consort's death. (PROSE: The Lampblack Wars)
