The Vomit-O-Matic was a device containing Nanotermites. They covered the lining of the throat and, in the event of vomiting, the waste was frozen into a small ice cube. They were installed free as part of the info-spiking process. Adam Mitchell had one installed when he received an infospike on Satellite Five. (TV: The Long Game)
