Perkins was a boy who studied at the Darkstar Academy in the 28th century. He was about 16 years old, had blond hair and blue-eyes.
He was one of the prefects who forced the Eleventh Doctor, Rory Williams and Amy Pond to go to the headmaster's office, by pointing a weapon at them. However the Doctor convinced the headmaster that he was a school inspector by showing him his psychic paper. (AUDIO: Darkstar Academy)
