Lin Futu was a Chinese mandarin during the Futu dynasty.
Lin and other Chinese people were abducted by Monarch on his third visit to Earth and converted into androids. Lin Futu was promised that he would rule over Asia once the planet had been conquered. After the Fifth Doctor convinced him that Monarch was lying in 1981, he agreed to help convince Villagra and Kurkutji of the truth. Afterwards, the androids decided to look for another planet on which to settle. (TV: Four to Doomsday)
