Survey Ship Epsilon was the saucer used by a small contingent of Daleks sent on a mission to travel through Earth's history and analyse how humans made war so that weaknesses could be found and exploited in future conflicts with the Daleks. They called this mission the Dalek Project. This saucer was equipped with new time-drive systems and got caught in a Vortex storm. It landed in 1908. Unlike Survey Ship Sigma and Survey Ship Delta, this ship was not out of control. According to a Dalek in Hellcombe Factory, Epsilon and its crew were on special duties. (COMIC: The Dalek Project)
