Camilla Power (born 13 November 1976) played Pearl in the Torchwood television story From Out of the Rain. She also voiced Councillor Kostal in the Doctor Who audio story The Foe from the Future, which was part of the Lost Stories series, and Mademoiselle in The Monster of Montmartre.
