The Plasmavore known as Florence Finnegan used a straw to drink the blood of others. (TV: Smith and Jones)

The Eleventh Doctor particularly enjoyed drinking at least some beverages through straws, and even had a favourite, "special straw", which he kept onboard the TARDIS. (TV: The Impossible Astronaut)
