Viscount Rose was a 20th century aristocrat, a former hippie and 37th in line to the British throne. He allowed the Redborough pop festival to be held on his estate in 1970. A British Rocket Group probe to Triton enabled the Waro to mentally contact Rose. Believing humanity to have become too corrupted, he brought the Waro to Earth to destroy them.
