Housewives' Choice

Housewives' Choice was a British radio programme that was broadcast to at least some parts of Wales in 1959. Agent Jerome Weismuller could pick it up on his audio equipment when trying to detect a US satellite that had recently been deployed from Cape Canaveral. However, Choice was the only audio signal he could receive. He claimed that even rock and roll wasn't available in his location. (TV: Delta and the Bannermen)
